OTTN partners Home Missions Department of Assemblies of God, Ghana to boost Evangelism

The Outpouring To The Nations (OTTN), an independent Christian missions organisation, has presented a range of evangelism equipment to the Home Missions Department of Assemblies of God, Ghana to strengthen outreach efforts across the country.

The items presented include a smart projector, tripod stand, projector screens, power station, solar power system, speakers with stands and portable battery packs.

The equipment is expected to support crusades, teaching, and community-based missions, especially in areas without access to electricity.

Donation

The donation was made on behalf of OTTN by representatives Gabriel Wellington and Cornelius Y. Okwei, acting for the organisation’s Director, Dr. David Yebuah. According to OTTN, the gesture forms part of its commitment to equipping churches with practical tools to enhance gospel outreach.

Presenting the items, Mr. Wellington, said the gesture forms part of efforts to strengthen the longstanding relationship between the organisation and the church. He noted that earlier this year, OTTN visited the church to conduct training aimed at equipping those engaged in missions.

He explained that the latest donation is intended to enhance evangelism, particularly in remote areas with limited access to electricity.

According to him, the equipment constitutes a complete mobile setup for evangelism through the “Jesus Film Campaign,” which can be deployed in underserved communities.

Mr. Wellington emphasised that the donation reflects OTTN’s commitment to advancing the work of God and supporting partner churches in expanding their outreach.

Appreciation

Receiving the items, the National Director of Home Missions Department of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Maxwell Kwesi Incoom, expressed profound appreciation to OTTN and reaffirmed the department’s commitment to effective utilisation of the equipment.

He noted that the partnership with OTTN has already enabled the training of directors, the Assemblies of God Campus Ministry National Coordinator, and other mission leaders in the use of the tools. He added that proper and efficient use of the equipment could open doors for further support.

Vision

Rev. Incoom outlined an ambitious vision to expand the distribution of such equipment beyond the initial beneficiaries to cover all districts of the church nationwide, numbering over 260. He stressed that this would help fulfil the broader mission of ensuring that every town and village in Ghana hears the gospel.

He further emphasised that the Home Missions Department remains aligned with the vision of the leadership of the church, urging pastors, departments, and members to rally behind the mandate of reaching all nations with the message of Christ.

The Home Missions Director assured OTTN that the equipment would be put to good use for its intended purpose and appealed for continued partnership and support to scale up evangelism efforts across the country.

The Greater Accra West Missions Director, Rev. Dr. Samuel Botchway, on his part expressed gratitude to the OTTN for the gesture and gave the assurance that the equipment will be put to good use to help expand evangelism and church planting in the country.
